Through the windows of the Local Bar, with its original flag stone floor, you can view the Owenagarney river as it flows against the gable wall on its way to join the river Shannon, and eventually, the Atlantic Ocean.
By the warm open fire you can join in some lively conversation with local patrons forging new friendships and renewing old ones.

We were delighted to see a next-door neighbour of ours appear in the national news this week – Bunratty Folk Park. Durty Nelly’s is situated in the shadows of the famous Bunratty Castle and folkpark, which attracts thousands of tourists and locals alike throughout the year.
