Christmas at Bunratty Castle

From late November through December, Bunratty Castle & Folk Park hosts one of Ireland’s most loved Christmas experiences, right beside Durty Nelly’s.

Santa welcomes children in his grotto on the village street, while families can enjoy the festive Trail of Lights, seasonal rides, the Polar Express Train, traditional Christmas storytelling, and visits with Mrs Claus throughout the Folk Park.

Christmas at Bunratty Castle is a highlight of the festive season in Bunratty, with tickets required in advance as dates sell out quickly each year.

Durty Nelly’s is open for walk in food and drinks, making it an easy stop for a relaxed meal before or after visiting Santa at Bunratty Castle.
